Adam has worked in the property profession since leaving school in 1988 and has experience in a wide range of areas including

• Property portfolio / asset management

He has a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management from De Montfort University in England, is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a full member of the Property Institute of New Zealand.

Adam is fully qualified to undertake property valuations in New Zealand and the UK, and has international property advisory experience having previously worked for two global property consultancies as well as previously being the Investment Property Portfolio Manager for Dunedin City Council.

He specialises in the following:

• Pre-purchase or pre-sale valuations
• Pre-construction (plans and specification) valuations
• Rental assessments for new leases, lease renewal and rent review

Adam is the Secretary of the Otago Branch of the Property Institute of New Zealand.

Lynne is a fully qualified Personal Assistant, and is SVC’s Administration Director.   Lynne has worked as a PA since leaving secretarial college in 1991 and has a very wide range of administration experience in a number of industries:

• Property
• Professional sport
• Education
• Insurance
• Manufacturing

The greater part of Lynne’s experience is within the property profession, and she has worked for a number of large property consultancies including Knight Frank in London.

Lynne is responsible for the administration of Southern Valuation and Consultancy Limited, and would be more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
